Network & Service Assurance Features

Configure threshold alarms
Set threshold levels, frequency, and duration for each parameter to be monitored. Cloudmon will automatically raise alarms based on these configurations.
Configure alert methods
Decide how alerts will be notified and who should receive them. If using a third-party ITSM tool, provide additional details for the ITSM ticket to be raised.
Review alerts
When alerts are received, click on the specific alert to investigate the cause. Alarms are categorized as ‘Attention’, ‘Trouble’, and ‘Critical’. Cloudmon handles this step automatically if a runbook is pre-configured for the alert type.
Remediate problems
After identifying the problem, run a pre-configured runbook if available, or manually perform steps to fix the issue if it’s a new problem.
