We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Head of Sales with 15-20 years of experience to lead our sales efforts across India, reporting to CEO Cloudmon. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of enterprise sales, particularly within the infrastructure products and monitoring solutions space. This role is crucial for driving Cloudmon’s growth and market penetration in India, developing a robust sales strategy, and leading a team of Senior Business Development Managers. The successful candidate will be self-driven, uncompromising on targets, and have the ability to integrate and promote togetherness within the team.

Build and expand a network of channels and strategic partnerships to increase Cloudmon’s market reach.

Engage with key stakeholders in large enterprises to drive sales opportunities and partnerships.

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Senior Business Development Managers across multiple cities in India.

Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed Cloudmon’s sales targets in India.

Identify market opportunities and design strategic initiatives to capture market share and increase brand visibility.

15-20 years of experience in enterprise sales, with a proven track record of success in the infrastructure products, IT monitoring, and unified observability solutions sectors.

Demonstrated success in leading and scaling sales teams, with experience managing senior sales professionals.
